The burden God pressed in my heart is to unfold the mystery behind the two births any man can experience in this world in the light of our Dominion reign in Christ Jesus. This is so important because, despites all the sermon that are being preached to us in churches, on the media and even through the writings of people who understand that we inherited writing skills being one of the hobbies of God.

*The First Birth- Born as Slaves*

The truth is, everyman is born originally a slave. He is born-again as a king. Evidences from the word of Faith showed that our claim to have been born originally as kings was without a proof. This is to show those who have not come to the Faith that they are born slaves and remain slaves until now and if they don’t repent, until eternity.

I found out in the word of faith that whatever is born of the flesh is of the flesh and likewise, whatever is born of the spirit is of the spirit, (See John 3:6). How can you claim to be born a king when you are born a sinner? A sinner according to scriptures is a slave, slave to sin, slave to anything greater or lesser than sin. Slave to flesh and to the works of the flesh, slave to devil and demons and lesser spirits, and men (See Rom. 6:16-23). May God continue to illuminate our hearts of understanding.

The bible made an emphasis of the kind of birth we experienced first- the birth of the flesh which came and from the flesh. In the process of this birth, the two genders that met to produce us were of the flesh and in the fresh and by the flesh, thus flesh produces flesh. In sin, the man met the woman. In sin, the woman conceived. In sin, the new baby was brought up, (See Ps. 51:5). No doubt, if the second birth did not come, in sin the child will be matured and in sin, he will die and the trend will continue. God forbid!

*The Second Birth- Born-Again as Kings*

When we say born to reign, we have disregarded this first birth and we are talking about the second birth. In this birth, the dimension is different. Born without sin, live without sin, die with sins, resurrected without sin and ascended without sin, (See Luke 1:34-35, Heb. 4:15, 1Pet. 2:24, Col. 2:14-15). This is the origin of the birth which was done for us by Christ Jesus our Saviour. 

The Holy Spirit conceived His birth in a virgin, he lived without sins, he died with the sins of the world transferred to Him on the cross, He led captivity captive and took the nature of righteousness into the right hand of God.

This processes coupled with the finished work of Christ brought about the new birth- the birth of kings. The restoration of the intended kingdom God placed in Adam at creation is what Jesus just displaced at crucification and ascension. 

*Why this Revelation?*

What is the significant of these births to our dominion reign in Christ? Of what purpose is this understanding? I have seen people getting so excited when they receive the continuous revelation of who they are in Jesus or when they see themselves in the light of the scriptures. Sadly, shortly after that excitement, they soon forget to live in this unfolded mystery. Then, what relevance is this revelation to them?

Well, this understanding must make us realize first, that, no matter how rich and “successful” an unbeliever is, he is still a slave. 

Second, we must stop living like a slave no matter how struggling whether physically, spiritually, financially, academically, martially,health wise or otherwise. We should rather proclaim God’s word of our dominion into our lives and take God’s word unto Him to activate our divine desire. 

Third, we should live in this new birth as kings. We should walk into our royal inheritance and show forth the glory of God. May God give us more help to know Him more and more.
