We should starts by saying that there is census bureau in heaven. They take care of both quantity and quality of men. They are interested in taking notes of all the activities of men. They issue heaven's booties such as pass, licence, ticket, spiritual funds, grands, gifts and so on to people based on some criteria among which includes the level of our growth which is a reflection of our personalities. When prayers seems it does not answer and it answer for another person, the spiritual atmosphere need to be search for answers.
We are too quite in our time. We are not concerned when things are normal.
Anything that is normal is not normal.
Our identity in heaven determines our productivity on earth. Who am I? If we will not ask ourselves God will send the unworthy to ask us. The demons that devoured the seven sons of Sceva has the understanding of identity of sons of God. They explained to them their understanding of this in verse fifteen of Act of Apostles chapter 19:
But when they tried it on a man possessed by a demon, the demon replied, “I know Jesus and I know Paul, but who are you?” TLB
Some people don't know who they are. They only qualify themselves with the current term in Christiandom. You hear words like. "I'm a general of God". Who made you one?.
We need to know and recall that heavens knows the number of believers on the face of the earth. The scripture is very clear about this:
But God’s truth stands firm like a great rock, and nothing can shake it. It is a foundation stone with these words written on it: “The Lord knows those who are really his,” and “A person who calls himself a Christian should not be doing things that are wrong.”. 2Tim. 2:19. TLB
The Lord know. He has their biographies. He knows them by name and surname. He knows them per location. He numbered them with his numbering method. God knows every details of our lives and keep accurate records of them including the number of our hair:
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Matt. 10:30.
He knows and no one can blind foods him. I only pity those who change their natural made to an artificial one, because they will give account, God spoke very clearly about them:
.... for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. Rom.1:26b.
The Source of Divine Personality
The beginning of our divine personality predated the creation. As at the time we were created, God has already registered us as candidate in the heavenly country. This is because he has known us before we were created.
For example, Jeremiah was not known as a pastor in heaven even if he goes to bible school neither cannot be denied his prophetical right if he failed to attend any school of prophets. He is a prophet. In his heavenly record he have the right to prophetical things. So when he did not manifest as one, he only miss out his divine agenda.
Divine Personality is not developed, it is configured.
You only engage in some tutorship to meet up with divine personality. If you don't, you cannot have the licence to it. You will only have access to the lesser.
Your identity is the composition of God in you before he made you. He has constructed what would represent you in you since the time he was forming you by the power of his word.
The authority you commands depends on your heavenly personality. Unfortunately, it is not automatic. As long as a king remains a child, he is nothing but a slave. No say, no power, no choice, no opinion. This is the revelation of Apostle Paul on this matter:
Let me show you the implications of this. As long as the heir is a minor, he has no advantage over the slave. Though legally he owns the entire inheritance, he is subject to tutors and administrators until whatever date the father has set for emancipation. That is the way it is with us: When we were minors, we were just like slaves ordered around by simple instructions (the tutors and administrators of this world), with no say in the conduct of our own lives. Gal. 4:1-3 The MGS
Truly, when we are not grown to our heavenly stature, we are not qualify to get the portion of our heavenly coded gifts. We must grow to this stature, the job is ours, we must be serious.
Very good. God has a way he numbers us. We are known by name, by nation, he address us by our location. See:
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Rev 7:4
This strange dimention of blessings is a gift from God for those who work for him. How? God's service brings spiritual growth that make us get to the stature in time. Besides, labouring for God accelerate this move. Even our service would also be employed in heaven just has Moses enjoyed:
And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. Rev 15:3
They sing the song of Moses. Where? Heaven. Moses song was sang because he was a choir master? No. But because, he was a committed servant of God.
Our personality delivers greatly for us. This is built on the platform of service. So whether you knows him or he knows you, your life must reflect the qualities of heaven's copy.
What kind of life is this?
