MATTERS ARISING IN 2017 AND THE RESOLUTIONS

   'Some hours to go!!!.... See 2018 ahead!!!!, pray as if you will not pray!!!, thank God as if you have never thanked him before!!!'.... That's how our pastors will be telling us in some hours to come when we go for cross over night in different places...

BUT YET....

'Resolutions are meant to bring about solutions'.

  When the year 2017 started we were all happy,joyful that God made us see another year, there were so many determinations, resolutions and we prayed for strength to fulfil, but yet were all fulfilled? We even went ahead to paste it in our rooms for remembrance. Though some may be 'unavoidably unfulfilled' but weren't some unfulfilled because of our slackness?,our lack of focus?, or due to 'slimsy excuses' we give? 

   The resolutions made are not only meant to be remembered but also to be worked upon, pray as if you did not work and work as if you did not pray..

   This is not an article of condemnation but to make us realize that we are not to feel bad about our failures this year but to make it a stepping stone for greatness next year and also to bring some little things we don't count and destroy..

  My dear brothers and sisters, there is no demon stopping you to be fulfilled as long as you focus on Christ, all you need is in Him,(Eph 1:3,Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ')..  Do not be distracted, follow Him diligently and see the results afterwards.. 

N B.. Do not forget that focus brings about fulfillment and distraction brings about unfulfillment..
