We have heard and had so many captions that capture our minds, desires and opinions in deciding who rule us most especially when election is approaching and more extendedly, during a general election.
In fact, there are many countries in the world that have adopted the caption including the popular "NIGERIANS DECIDES" usually used by the media during election period of the country.
Many countries have continued to decide who rule them and they have been on the hit side, blaming themselves of voting for a particular candidate or even for voting at all. There are problems here to proffer solutions to.
This chapter thus deals strictly with the role of the Holy Spirit in our political choice. We shall see the sources of the problem as well as answer the question: “Is the Holy Ghost political?” which its answered is pregnant in the scriptures. We shall see the political dimension of the Holy Ghost and how He has been participating in political matter outside the church and how he would like to participate in our political affairs.
We shall also see the general error in election and their sources, including the election and the electorates properly defined. Thus, making acceptable preparation to vote and be voted for.

THE PROBLEM
The problem is simply difficult. There are more animals in politics than humans but human appearances are more than that of animals. There are all kinds of people dominating the face of our society. The society is a combination of people with personal ambition and passion to pass their meal bills on the masses. This problem began from the beginning and has continued to trend the stage of continuity......
