OUR RESIGNATION LETTER AND OUR REASONS

We are signing out finally. We have concluded on the matter of our resignation and now we are officialising it. We are tired, and we need no more encouragement to stay a minute farther. We are moving from this place of irrelevant life.

We are sorry, but we need to go. We have gotten better offers. We have found reasons to pay the sacrifices of leaving this position for life. We have realised that, our lives are producing less than God is expecting and we don't want to fail God, our generation and ourselves and waste away. We have made up our minds to make this sift so that our generations would not curse us and curse the days we were born.

....For (we) have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do—..... They are astonished and think it very queer that (we) do not now run hand in hand with them in the same excesses of dissipation, and they abuse [us].1Pet.4:3-4. (The emphasis in the bracket are mine)

Sir/Madam, we are resigning from the life of less-impact; a life of low hunger for the things of God. We are resigning from the life that show gifts but doesn't display the fruits of the Spirit. We are tired of the kinds of life that brought shame to the kingdom of our Father in heaven.

We are tired and resigning from the kinds of life that lack proofs of serving God. We are tired of less-miracolous living. We are resigning from the life of laziness in the place of prayer. We are also resigning from a life that cannot wait on the Lord for long for maximum concentration to Him.

We are sorry, but we need to go. We have spent enough time doing what we believe is right, we want to do what God says is right now. We are resigning from the kind of life that disobey God. We want to be obedient to Him from now, so we need to leave this level.

We are tired of occupying position without divine possession of eternity. We are tired of being fathers with a feather to carry our sons and daughters. We are tired of being mothers without a moral excellence to pattern their lives right. We are not ready to continue to stink in our roting lives. We are resigning.

We are resigning and we meant it. We cannot continue to live in this life of spiritual and physical poverty. We cannot continue to live in this struggle. We cannot continue to fight over the least things that are available in the next level we have been denied because of our unwillingness and laziness to pay the price.

Well, others may tell us we have chosen a very difficult task, we have grace to step up higher. We have His sure words of prophecies. We have a sure help of the Holy Spirit who is a present help in time of trouble. We have to leave this place. We need to go to the place we need to be.

Sir/madan, don't miss us because we are not coming back. Don't seek us because we have emptied ourselves of your properties and please, don't beg us because we have made up our minds.

We bid you farewell. Bye forever!
