GREETINGS TO FATHERS OF FAITH AND MY FATHERS IN THE FAITH

I found reasons to send special greetings for the seasons to fathers in the faith. Men who paid ultimate prices to see that our faith in not built on mere words of men but on the demonstration of the Spirit and Power. Men who laboured until Christ in formed in us. Men who lay examples that we may know and know beyond, the things that have been freely given to us by God. They helped us to know that certain realms are obtainable in the Spirit. They showed us the way and we have not departed from it. We see them as men who have produced greater replacements for themselves at their demise.

Late and still alive, I have lists of these great ladders that we climbed into our salvation and still growing in the faith. Their works still speaks as though they are still alive and as though we swallow those that are still alive. I remember a day I was privilege by God to minister at the platform of Anglican Students Fellowship, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. One of the ministers that was invited who is also an alumnus of the fellowship passed by and when we later had time to discuss, he said, when he passed by, He could see a part of one of my Fathers in the faith, Bishop David O. Oyedepo in me. He said he knew I have had encounters with him. He was right because I just came back from Word of Faith Bible Institute at Cananland where I had received impartations from Him.

Greetings sirs and mas in the faith who have invested greatly into us that our generations too may be fed by our outputs. To the fathers of faith from Pa. Enoch who walked with God and God took him up without death to Pa Abraham and other heroes of faith in Hebrew 11 and beyond. Let me mention Pa. Ezra who was a pattern for every teacher of the word in the Old Testament, (Ezr. 7:10). I must rush to barrister Paul whom God used to communicate the mystery of the Gospel in the epistles. All the apostles in the bible, known and unknown I wish you compliments of the season. You worth more than celebrating.

 The second generation apostles up till the 20th century apostles including all the generals of faith recorded in God’s Generals volume one to three by Robert Liardon, also specially, Apostle Smith Wigglesworth, Prophet A.W Tozer, Austin R., Robert Lionel, Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, E.M Bonds, Kathryn Khrumah and others uncountable. 

I want to say compliment of the season to true men of God of the now who are also fathers of faith.  I can only mention few names. Pastor E.A Adeboye, Bro. Gbele Akanni, Pastor W.F Kumuyi, Pastor Paul Enechi, Apostle (Prof.) Johnson Suleman, Apostle Joshua Selman, Pastor Joseph Prince, Dr. Paula Price, Pastor Sam Adeyemi, Bro. Segun Ariyo and the countless of others. 

I also want to send greetings to my fathers in the Lord and the generals of the now. Pastor Kenneth Copeland, Bishop (Dr.) David O. Oyedepo, Prophet (Professor) Femi Adedeji, (my prophetic father), Bishop Francis Wale Oke, Apostle Tosin Adegoke, Pastor Oluwafemi James, Pastor David Olawade, Pastor Ibitoye Ayodeji, Pastor (Dr.) Ilesanmi Paul, and others coming.

To those heroes who have gone, we bid you farewell till we meet. To those fathers who are still on the field, we know they will see reasons to continue to be good images of Christ Jesus and to uphold the faith till eternity. To those of us who are rising, we know we need to rise faster because on these fathers’ are inscribed “About to go”.

Whether you go later or better, we shall uphold the faith you would leave behind and also show our generations reasons to build on the rugged foundation of truths.
