THE DECISION MAKER AND THE MAKER Part 1

By Femi A. Falade the Prophet

In one of the episodes of Who Wants to be a Millionaire I watched sometimes ago, I felt like weeping when a lady missed her chance to win some millions of naira (Nigerian currency) and dropped into #250,000 because of wrong decision. With the popular slogan, "Is this your final answer?", many people have lost great opportunities to uncertainties because of this challenge. Thank God, He brought us this help.

Friends, a decision maker without a Maker is a joker. Knowing fully well that the decision you made will surely return to make you, the maker of the decision needs help on how to make not only the right decision but the best decision.

THE MATTER AT HAND
The decision you make will ask who made you if the aftermath is failure. The decision of whom to marry, what course to study, which job to take up, which business to invest in, etc. have ended many people wretchedly doomed.

Without a maker, a decision is left unmade. Without a Maker a decision maker remains nonexisting. Those who live to enjoy their divinely designed destinies made not only the right decisions but the best ones.

THE MAKER AND THE DECISION
An attempt not to make a decision is another decision entirely. Whether we are aware or not, our lives are products of decisions. This calls for the ardent need to know, meet and encounter the Maker who makes the decision maker and his decision.

Who made you! Your experience? Your counselor? Your parents? Your friends and peer group? Your background? Your academic endeavors? Your passion? No matter what makes you, if God has not made you, you are either unmade or wrongly made.

God must make you if you want to make the best decision out of life. If you will permit God to break you and remould you, you will be furnished into God's mind and thoughts. The bible told us that, as heaven is far above the earth so it is the thought of God and man, (Is. 55:8-9 para). This is applicable to those who made themselves by themselves. For they after making themselves by themselves became fools, (See 2Cor. 10:12). These people lack the mind of Christ to make the best decision. But, if we are made by Christ, made up of Christ, we of course, have the mind of Christ, 1Cor. 2:16. Hallelujah!

Woe unto him who struggles with his Maker, (Is. 45:9ff). When we struggle with Him, our lives cannot escape the trouble of this present age because at every point in our journeys in life, we must make one decision or the other. Lord, make us, our hearts, souls and spirits to be configured to your system and standards.

We need help and I hear the Holy Ghost saying he will not leave us without a formula to make the best decision. This and other help shall be discussed in the part two please take time to read.

Remain Blessed,
