CHRISTIANITY MADE SIMPLE 1.0 (CMS) by Femi A. Falade

We want to appreciate God in the lives and ministries of those make Christianity as simple as ABC. We thank God for their lives and the relma they have shared with us all over the media and other means of broadcasting. They made us know of the bountiful grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and how his blood has made all things simple for us. They told us fasting is already fasted. They also gave us broad sense of God’s eternal mercy. They told us, when we have Christ we have all things and once saved is forever saved- Eternal security.

To make it simpler, they told us not to border ourselves with tithing and that offering also should come from our wishes anytime we want to pity the pastor. They expose us to the relationship of Father and His guys and turn “Habba Father” to “Hi Dad” for us. The simplicity that drives baby believers mad on the street and the social media alike is that, “we don’t have to do anything to please God”. These baby believers look seemingly mature when we hear them speak but very pitiably, they are missing out in what is called Christianity. 

We know is not their faults. Men have always been lackadaisical and always finding excuses for their inabilities and unwillingness. So, those who made Christianity simple found direct followers. They need no campaign to get across to those who are looking for means to cover up their sins and wickedness and stinginess. 

Now that the found have met the finder, their gospel is that, Christianity is Simple. Don’t kill yourself, trying to please God, God is please with you always! God does not need anything from you, He love you as you are!, they say. 

I just wish we were there in the days of Daniel, the Hebrew boys to see how Christianity was very simple. The day of Elijah was a display of a very simple approach to Christianity! Well, the days when the heroes of faith had their testimonies with faith with were the same bread and butter approach? The days when Abraham had to trust God with His “last card”, days when Steven have to see Himself stoned to death, Days when Paul would move from prison to prison, days when John the beloved was exiled into Patmos, are all examples of simple Christianity.
